As a Senior QA Analyst, you'll be a champion for quality on Hello Kitty Island Adventure, collaborating closely with our development and external QA teams. You’ll act as the crucial bridge between internal departments, ensuring new features are tested thoroughly and effectively. You’ll also work directly within the game engine to test upcoming changes, create strategic test plans, and apply critical thinking skills to hunt for elusive edge-case bugs.

This position is responsible for developing and delivering testing services for concurrent projects spanning multiple agencies, offices, and teams. The position will support a new State of Maine Project Management Office initiative to develop Standard Operating Procedures for testing services. This position will provide testing services for a variety of State of Maine agencies.

Responsible for maintaining and owning test infrastructure and owning test execution. This includes analyzing test results, responding to alerts from our monitoring systems, escalating issues, managing system OS image creation, managing 3rd party applications and the reimaging of endpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in environment troubleshooting, building and owning test environments, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of our product's interactions.

The QA Engineer II will find bugs, defects, and regressions. They will also design, implement, execute and debug test cases and/or automated test scripts. Validate and document completion of testing and development and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Verify fixes and help ensure successful releases by planning and executing test activities for exploratory and regression testing.
